Join Coach Ericka for a major release session guaranteed to unlock your “sticky spots” through guided breathwork and mobility exercises.

We will cover progressive mobility drills with technical instruction, corrective strategies and appropriate modifications. Additionally, we will practice deep-breathing, learning why the ability to properly time your inhale + exhale directly applies to mobility and strength training.

No equipment necessary. Light kettlebell use is optional when applicable.
All levels welcome and encouraged.
