REMINDER: All EDK Virtual Classes are scheduled CENTRAL STANDARD TIME

Please join your Virtual Class as though you are seeing your instructor and other students in person. Say hello, give us a wave! We encourage a welcoming “Virtual Studio” atmosphere and your video and audio access is required. Follow these helpful tips to ensure you have the best Virtual EDK experience!

If possible, adjust your screen to be viewed full-body for instruction purposes. Either portrait or landscape works!

Please login and be ready to go on time!
Check your device settings and enable VIDEO & AUDIO capabilities for the ZOOM application.

The VIDEO CAMERA icon in the ZOOM application needs to be ON at the start of class. If you prefer to keep your video off during class, kindly send a note to your instructor before class starts via Zoom chat.

Student audio is muted during class. This way, you are able to listen to your own music and still hear instruction. Tap the MIC icon on your device to turn your audio on — please do not hesitate to ask questions and give feedback!

Please respect your practice and time. Remove unnecessary devices (phones, watches, etc) that will potentially interrupt your focus. Setting your devices to “Do Not Disturb” allows you to access your playlists without distracting notifications.

Work at your own pace, but please follow the training and skills provided by your instructor. We are happy to provide modifications for you…just ask!

CLASS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

It is the responsibility of the student to cancel pre-booked classes.
If you are no longer able to attend your class, please cancel your booking at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class or you will lose the class. No refunds or extensions for Single Virtual Classes (including Pop-Ups / Workshops), Class Packs, Intro Offers or EDK Crew Membership.

Students booked for classes who do not attend will incur a No-Show fee.

A minimum of three registered students is required to hold a Virtual Class. If EDK cancels a scheduled class for any reason, students booked for the class will be notified immediately via email and the class purchase will be added back to the student account.
