Kettlebell training is our claim to fame, but custom designed strength programs are open to kettlebell, barbell, bodyweight and/or a combination of suitable skills, plus mobility and stability drills – adaptable to your other fitness modalities, exercise history and lifestyle. Remote coaching via FaceTime or Zoom. Students must have access to necessary equipment and space to allow for adequate movement and two-way audio/visual communication.
Highly recommended for beginners to kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight training or new to EDK. Best for current practicing students requiring technique guidance and refining.
