WHAT IS BELLS & BEERS?
10 YEARS STRONG…
In 2015, EDK created and introduced Bells & Beers℠ to the Twin Cities – kettlebell strength training classes at local craft breweries! The one-hour training session provides detailed instruction of foundation Hardstyle Kettlebell exercises with cast iron kettlebells. Classes are designed for learning and practice, but promise to deliver a challenging sweat. Safety and technique is top priority, while combining mobility and basic bodyweight training skills in a team setting. This high energy class finishes with an awesome craft beverage of your choice. No alcohol during the workout.
Bells & Beers℠ sessions are for everyone, regardless of fitness level. No experience needed. These events enhance any workout routine and offer a truly unique training experience. Participants love the positive group atmosphere, while connecting with other fitness and beer lovers in the community. It’s a vibe…and you definitely want to be a part of it.
TAP INTO YOUR STRENGTH... COME TO SWEAT. STAY FOR THE REWARD!
