EDK sessions are small, coached, and skill-based. Small Group Training includes mobility, warm-up, technique practice, strength and conditioning work, and time for questions.
These are not follow-along workouts. Whether you’re online or in-person, you’ll get clear demos, individualized cues, and real-time coaching so you can build skill, strength, and confidence without guessing. Small Group Training sessions are suitable for students committed to high-level learning and progressive programming.
New to EDK?
If you’re new to kettlebells or EDK, a consult call is the best place to start! We’ll talk through your goals, experience level, injury history, equipment, and the best training option for you.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
For virtual sessions, you’ll need at least one kettlebell, adequate floor space, and camera/audio access so your technique can be coached in real time.
EDK teaches Hardstyle kettlebell methods based on StrongFirst principles, not kettlebell sport or competition technique.
