EDK coaches students online with customized kettlebell, barbell, bodyweight, mobility, and strength programs based on your goals, skill level, training history, and available equipment.
Kettlebells are our claim to fame, but the bigger goal is smart, sustainable strength training with clear technique, practical progressions, and coaching that fits your real life. Expect detailed program design and effective training in any location or time zone.

Custom online strength program | $325
A 4-week mobility and strength program built around your skill level, equipment, schedule and goals.
Includes:
• 4-week training plan
• Weekly check-in by email or text
• Video uploads and technique feedback
• 1 Remote Coaching session
Best for students who want structured programming, certification prep, or a clear plan to follow between coaching sessions.
Prenatal and postnatal strength training support is available when appropriate, with programming adapted to your needs and stage of training.
Remote sessions and online programs include warm-up drills specific to your needs and program skills.
Online programs and remote sessions are non-refundable.
