Join Coach Ericka Fridays in May and build a training routine that sticks! Receive expert guidance setting realistic goals, while experiencing attentive coaching to improve your skills and retrain movement patterns that are preventing progress.
You will share this virtual space with four other ambitious students — receiving a mini skill-specific program based on 3 exercises you would like to improve. Sets, reps and accessory skills to enhance your practice, will be determined by your experience and equipment / weights. SPRC is an excellent program for corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
This is not a regular class. You will be booked for all four training dates and will work on your own with coaching instruction, corrections and feedback. While this is an individualized training experience, “semi-private” means our time together will be educational, supportive and an opportunity to bond with other students in this session. Your dedication to practice will determine your desired training outcome!
Zoom sessions – two-way video and audio required.
